The ES8500 pedestals ensure controlled access by forming pedestrian walkways and monitoring high levels of pedestrian traffic at up to 60 people per minute per lane. Access is controlled by sensors that allow one person to enter for each I.D. card that is presented, and an alarm is triggered by unauthorized access.
