One day of Solutions Engineer Live/On-site support (8 hours maximum per day). For On-site services, Travel, Meals, and Expenses are not included and depend on the location and duration of the site visit. Purchasing this SKU affirms that the purchaser understands there will be an additional invoice for travel expenses after the completion of the on-site visit, SAFR Professional Services: Live/On-site / Professional Services less than one hour in duration will be pro-rated in fifteen (15) minutes increments / Reseller must consume all Professional Service hours within one (1) year from purchase; any balance at the end of that period will not carry over, and Reseller will not be entitled to any refunds.
