1. All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee with an exception for items that are defective from the factory.
2. Items must have been purchased within 30 days from SAFR. (Defective or Non-Defective.)
3. If items are purchased from a distributor, the customer proof of purchase must be provided for verification.
4. A ticket on our support site must be opened within the 30 days in order to verify the credit return. (support@safr.com)
5. Items cannot be opened and/or used. However, if an item is defective, exceptions may be made if the item is within the 30-day period. A broken or replaced box seal is considered opened.
6. Items outside of the 30-day period are only subject to advance replacement or repair.
