- One-on-One Support: In parallel with the group instruction, you’ll have a monthly one-on-one call to address unique challenges and focus on personalized solutions.
- Peer Collaboration: Between sessions, cohort members connect to share insights, ask questions, and learn from one another’s experiences.
- Time Commitment: Beyond the scheduled sessions, your team will invest one to four hours per month building your personalized playbook. Tasks can be split among participants.
